Using Kollab

Updated 11 October 2026

Kollab is an independently operated beta community directory for creators aged 18 or older to share first-hand collaboration experiences. It is not currently operated by a registered company. For questions, contact the operator at support@kollab.fyi.

Share responsibly

Submit truthful experiences, distinguish facts from opinions, and describe your own work. Do not invent collaborations, manipulate votes or rates, impersonate others, harass people, publish private contact or financial information, or upload material you have no right to share. Redact private details from evidence and screenshots.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and do not share passwords or login codes. You retain ownership of your content. You allow Kollab to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service, including moderation and the identity choice you make when submitting. This permission ends when the content is permanently removed, except where a limited record must be kept for a legal obligation or security investigation.

Moderation and appeals

Submissions may be reviewed, declined, hidden or returned for revision. Staff do not rewrite another creator’s story. Representation claims require independent verification. Accounts that misuse the service may lose access. You can request review of a decision through Support and appeals.

Understand the information

Reviews are user reports, not guarantees about a company. Usernames may be self-reported. Evidence review does not guarantee every statement is correct. Rates are historical, privacy-protected summaries, not promises of payment or professional advice. Check your own agreement and circumstances before deciding.

Availability and deletion

During beta, features may change and outages or data loss can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of lost content. Export and account deletion are available from your account or through support. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Read our privacy policy for data handling and retention.
